Jean's studio is open year round ! Studio rental fee's: start at just $45 per hour with a 2 hour minimum A 50% deposet is now requird to hold a booking ( cash or per paid gift cards only ) booking will not be held with out a deposet Day rates are available upon request and are based on availability cancelation polisy : your 50% deposet is none refundable . if you need to move your booking to a different date you may do so up to 3 times ( based on availability ). If you do not notify me that you are canceling a booking, you will be added to a non priority list. studio consists of 2 shoot able walls castle style wall and a green screen and a black curtain wall studio prop list: large props: saw horse corner chair broken cross 2 square pillars 1 round pillar 4x4 movable wall /platform small props: leather masks/ blindfolds 2 wooden candle stands 1 ornate metal candle stand ( it bits so be careful when handling ) leather and rope floggers metal shackles leather cuffs Other props also available .
